Our recruiters believe strongly that a true measure of a candidate’s qualifications can not be divined from a simple reading of his or her resume. We insist on spending the requisite time interviewing prospective can- didates, discerning which attributes can be found between the lines of their transcripts, learning about their goals, aspirations, personal traits and desires. Only through a proper understanding of the complete person can more appropriate introductions be made.
